Drambuie entrusted the Linea design agency with the creation of their ultimate luxury product a decanter and a glass called ‘The Jacobite Collection‘. The simple, elegant form of the decanter and the Amen glass are inspired by authentic 18th century Jacobite glass ware that was hand made by loyal supporters of Bonny Prince Charlie – pretender to the throne. True to tradition the crystal decanter and Amen glass in The Jacobite Collection are hand blown, and individually etched with detailed texts and decorative elements of the period. The crystal ware is elegantly lodged in a cream leather – lined wooden box that also contains a leather covered booklet. The Jacobite Collection was officially launched at the 2011 TFWE in Cannes and won two highly covetted awards.
